- The Society for Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM) cancelled SAEM20, their annual meeting and will instead have a virtual meeting.
- The Association of University Radiologists (AUR) cancelled their 2020 meeting.
- The Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine and Health cancelled their 2020 meeting.
- The Academy for Professionalism in Health Care (APHC) postponed their 2020 conference until 2021.

- The American Society of Nephrology (ASN) supports a COVID-19 response team, produced a COVID-19 awareness poster in English and Spanish for those who wanted to post this in clinic settings, and hosts weekly podcasts updating the kidney community on COVID-19: On the Front Lines in New York City and Update on Telehealth Changes During the Pandemic.
