The Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) will hold an Executive Session on various pieces of pending legislation pertaining to health care and to discuss the nomination of Dr. John King to serve as Secretary of Education.

March 10: Senate Homeland Security & Gov’t Affairs Investigations Subcommittee Hearing on ACA
9:30 a.m.; SD-342 Dirksen Senate Office Building Washington, D.C.
The Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Investigations Subcommittees will hold a hearing to examine the CO-OP loan program established by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). A full witness list will be made available on the committee’s website.

March 10: Senate Finance Committee Hearing

The Senate Finance Committee will hold a hearing to review operations and enrollment of Vick Robinson, Senior Counselor for Policy, Department of Health and Human Services, and Seto Bagdoyan, Director, Government Accountability Office will testify.

March 10: Senate Appropriations Military Construction Subcommittee Hearing on FY 2017 Budget
11 a.m.; 124 Dirksen Senate Office Building Washington, D.C.
The Senate Appropriations Military Construction, Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Subcommittee will hold a hearing on the proposed budget estimates and justification for fiscal year (FY) 2017.
