Feb. 10: HIT Policy Committee Meeting
8:30 a.m.; 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Va.
The Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) Health Information Technology (HIT) Policy Committee will hold a meeting to discuss recommendations to the National Coordinator for Health IT on a policy framework for the development and adoption of a nationwide health information infrastructure, including standards for the exchange of patient medical information.

Feb. 10: Senate HELP Hearing on Vaccines
10 a.m.; 106 Dirksen Senate Office Building
The Senate Health Education Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee will hold a hearing titled, “The Reemergence of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases: Exploring the Public Health Successes and Challenges.” Witness testimony will be posted to the committee website when available.

Feb. 11: House E&C Subcommittee Hearing on ICD-10
10:15 a.m.; 2322 Rayburn House Office Building
The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health will hold a hearing titled, “Examining ICD-10 Implementation.” Witness testimony will be posted to the committee website when available.

Feb. 11: House Appropriations Subcommittee Hearing on Ebola Funding
10:30 a.m.; 2359 Rayburn House Office Building
The House State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Subcommittee will hold a hearing titled, “Funding to Prevent, Prepare for, and Respond to the Ebola Virus Disease Outbreak.” U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Executive Coordinator Dirk Dijkerman, and USAID Director Jeremy Konyndyk are among the scheduled witnesses. Testimony will be posted to the committee website when available.
