Witnesses include: National Institutes of Health Director Francis Collins, M.D., Ph.D.; National Science Foundation Director France Cordova, Ph.D.; Office of Science and Technology Policy Director John Holdren, Ph.D.; and Department of Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz.
