The House Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee will hold a hearing on the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s final employer mandate and employer reporting requirements and regulations under the Affordable Care Act.

The Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Primary Health and Aging Subcommittee will hold a hearing on primary care access and workforce challenges.

April 10: Senate Finance Committee Hearing on President’s HHS Budget Proposal

The Senate Finance Committee will hold a hearing on President Obama’s fiscal year (FY) 2015 budget proposal for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is expected to testify.

The Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Payment Access Commission (MACPAC) will hold a public meeting to discuss delivery and payment reform, draft chapters for its June report to Congress, and recommendations on CHIP, among other topics.
