Creating graphics, figures, or entire presentations can be incredibly time consuming. However, with the assistance of AI tools, users can reduce the time required to create tailored visuals. This resource includes guides for how generative AI tools, Napkin.ai and Gamma.app, can be used to create graphics and presentations, respectively. The materials include step-by-step videos and written instructions for generating and customizing visual outputs. For each tool, the benefits and limitations are discussed. The materials (i.e., handouts, slides, and videos) are readily shareable. Although the authors provided their own examples, users are free to adapt the slides as necessary. This resource aims to help faculty and staff develop professional-looking presentations and visuals for many uses in academic medicine.
