Registering for a Seat in Puerto Rico?
Important Notice about Your Registration and Your Identification
It is very important that your name on your identification and
the name with which you registered to take the exam are exactly
the same. If you have two family names please remember to enter
both in the registration system. The "Last Name" field accepts more
than one name. If the name on your registration does not match the
identification you bring to the test center, regretfully you will
not be allowed to take the test. If you have any questions about
this policy, please call us as soon as possible at 202-828-0690.
Es muy importante que su nombre en su identificación y el
en que usted esta registrada sean exactamente igual. Si usted tiene
dos apellidos por favor recordar poner los dos en el sistema del
registro. El espacio de "Last Name" acepta más de un nombre.
Si el nombre en que usted esta registrada y el nombre en su identificación
que ocupará la fecha de su examen no son igual, lo sentimos
mucho, pero no estará permitido tomar el examen. Si usted
tiene cualquiera pregunta de esta política por favor llamar

How to Register for Puerto Rico Test Sites
When searching for test sites, use the following method:

At the Date/Test Site Abailablity tab, click the "Search by
State or Country" link.

Select your test date from the drop down menu.

Select the "State" option and select Puerto Rico from the
drop down menu.

Continue with registration as normal.
More Test Day Tips

Be prepared to bring a current, valid government-issued ID containing
expiration date, your photo, and signature in which the name matches
that of your registration exactly.
We regret we cannot accept employee IDs, library cards, school IDs,
or other similar forms of identification, even if issued by a goverment-sponsored
institution.

A day or two prior to your test date, check your test center location
and make sure you have the current address of your test center. (Note:
Occasionally, test center locations change from the original address.)
