University Clinics
Do you need a lower-cost evaluation for LD or ADHD?
A university-based testing clinics may be able to provide this service
to you. If you decide to use one of these clinics, be sure to have your
evaluator complete and submit the Qualifications
of Pre-Doctoral Evaluators (PDF, 4 pages) form with your documentation.
