Making Changes to Your Registration

If you have registered for a test date and checked the box that reads "Check this box if you need accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act," please follow these directions according to your current request status:

Approved Accommodations

If you have been approved and wish to make a change to your registration, please contact Prometric (the company that runs the test centers) prior to the deadline for your exam. Prometric's phone number is provided in your approval letter. You are also welcome to call the MCAT Office of Accommodated Testing- the phone number is provided in your letter- for assistance in contacting Prometric. Please do not make changes to registration through the online MCAT Scheduling and Registration system; doing so could cause you to lose your approved accommodations.

Non-Approved Accommodations

If you have not received an approval (not yet mailed your request, or your request is pending or denied), you may make changes to your registration at any time if seats are available and the deadline has not passed. You must first uncheck the box that reads "Check this box if you need accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities" before proceeding with your new search.
