Accommodated Testing

Confirmation of Your Accommodation(s)

If your request has been approved, you will receive a letter notifying you of that from the AAMC's Office of Accommodated Testing.

At that point, you must contact Prometric (the company that runs the test centers). The phone number will be provided in your approval letter. This second step is necessary because your particular accommodation(s) may not be available for the locations and/or date in your current registration, and we might need to move you to a nearby location and/or change the date. The sooner you confirm your appointment with Prometric, the more likely we will be able to meet your preferences.

Note: If you receive a letter informing you that your request has been denied, you may keep your original appointment and test under "standard" conditions. It is not necessary to confirm your appointment.
