Step 4: Create Your Profile
We recommend that you complete as much of your Profile as you are
able to right away. Examples of information collected in the Profile
include:
- First, Middle, and Last Name
- Preferred Name
- Previous Last Name
- SSN
- Birth date
- Contact E-mail
- Contact Address
- Preferred Phone/Alternate Phone
- Citizenship
- Visa Status
- USMLE ID
- NBOME ID
- NRMP Participation
- ECFMG Certification Status (for IMG's only)
The Profile contains information that you can update at any time
during the application season, even after you certify and submit
your CAF.
