Programs

This area is where you can search for and select programs to send your application materials. You can use the Programs tab to assign your USMLE and/or COMLEX transcript, personal statement(s), and LoRs.

The Programs page is broken down into a menu of seven (7) tabs:


Search Allopathic Programs

On the Search Programs page, allopathic residency applicants can search accredited programs by either typing in an ACGME ID (or the first few numbers of the ACGME ID) for a program or by selecting the State/Specialty pairing.

Search Osteopathic Programs (visible to osteopathic applicants only)

Osteopathic applicants can search accredited programs by either typing in an AOA ID (or the first few numbers of the AOA ID) for a program or by selecting the State/Training Type pairing.

Programs Selected

The Programs Selected page lists programs that have been selected but the applicant has not yet applied to them.

The Programs Applied To page lists programs that have been selected and the applicant has applied to them.

Preview Invoice

The Preview Invoice page allows you to view an invoice showing the cost for any programs that you have selected but not yet applied.

The Apply to Programs page lists programs that you have selected and gives you the option to apply to these programs.

Invoice History

The Invoice History page lists the history of programs that you have previously applied to as well as payment information.

Assignments Report

The Assignments Report page breaks down and lists both programs you have selected and programs to which you have applied.
