FIRST Facts are designed to let students know just what they
need to know about a subject, reducing often confusing or complex topics

NCHELP - National
Council of Higher Education Loan Programs
The initiatives page provides access to the webinar on IBR, and other
new programs as they become available.
Resources
Guides, publications, and Web resources to help students understand financial
aid. Multiple copies of FIRST publications are available free of charge
to AAMC member institutions through AAMC Publications.
Tools
Interactive Web tools including financial calculators and an interactive
budget worksheet.
Lender
Assessment Tool
The purpose of the Lender Assessment Tool is to provide data for financial
aid offices to use in support of their selection of lenders for a preferred
lender list. Log in for access.
Debt Management Workshops
On site workshops on managing student loans and loan consolidation are
offered by AAMC staff for residents at teaching hospitals across the country.
