Maintenance Hours

ERAS reserves maintenance windows that may be used at short notice. Thus, the MyERAS Web site or ERAS PostOffice may be closed for general maintenance at the following times:

5:00 am to 7:00 am, Monday to Saturday
5:00 am to 9:00 am, Sunday

If you are having difficulties connecting to ERAS during this period, please wait until a later time and try to reconnect.

If you are still unable to connect, you may be experiencing technical difficulties. Contact ERAS HelpDesk.
