Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received by our office in writing,
by contacting Natalie Griffin at ngriffin@aamc.org.
Refunds will be granted if the request is received seven (7) days
prior to the training. Cancellations received less than seven (7)
days before the training will result in the forfeiture of the entire
registration fee. Fees that have been forfeited will not be applied
to subsequent years.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If sessions do not meet minimum registration
requirements of at least 8 participants, you may be asked to move
to another session or the session may be canceled. Upon receipt
of payment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation
is not a notification that we have reached the 8 participant minimum
requirement. Participants will be notified separately when we have
met the minimum registration requirement. Please look for this
notification prior to booking nonrefundable flights. Once the maximum
registration limit for each session is reached, that session is
closed and there will be no waitlist.
