OHRP Takes Its Place on the Web Still wondering about the Office for Human Research Protections? The new agency's Web site may have answers. Its home page features standard OHRP information, such as instructions on writing to the office and its fax number. A "Human Subject Protection" section is also included on the home page, and a "Policy and Assurance" heading links to an abundance of information.
In addition, the Web site provides information on the OHRP's upcoming series of workshops on responsibilities of researchers, IRBs, and institutional officials for the protection of human subjects.
Have you found or created an exciting Web site that might be useful to your colleagues in academic medicine? Tell us about it: e-mail jproctor@aamc.org.
