Web Watch Keeping Track of WHO The World Health Organization (WHO) has launched "Mediacentre" to provide the public with the organization's latest news, press releases, fact sheets, and multimedia content with Realvideo and audio downloads. The site offers extensive listings of press releases and statements. Its keyword search engine allows visitors to browse the entire WHO Web site, as well as the Mediacentre. Publishing Made Easy Still in its testing phase, this Web site aims to allow researchers to communicate to peers research findings, news, comment, and analysis in all areas of biology and clinical medicine. It is accessible to scientists and medical researchers, and the site designers plan to develop and update databases and publish expert reviews. The site also serves as a central repository for free and recent biological and clinical medicine research. Background information, subject area reviews, and instructions for authors can all be accessed through the site.
