OSR Liaison Update - MR5: Fifth Comprehensive Review of the MCAT Committee

We continue to conduct outreach sessions to all stakeholders in the future MCAT by presenting the goals of the MR5 committee at conferences during spring and summer. The results from these meetings with students, admissions officers, stduent affairs officers, faculty, and prehealth advisors will be summarized and inform the discussions of the MR5 committee.

This fall a survey will be sent to medical schools and undergraduate institutions to determine a consensus on what natural science content is deemed appropriate preparation for incoming medical students.
