Physician Policymaker Interview Series
The committee has published several interviews in recent months. Most recently, an interview by Matt Rudy, Chair-Elect, with Representative Paul Broun, M.D. (R-GA) was published to the AAMC-OSR start page. Since the last update, Brian Goentzel, former Southern Region Delegate for Legislative Affairs, published an interview with Senator Tom Coburn, M.D. (R-OK). OSR Focus on Legislative Affairs Newsletter
The April edition of the Focus newsletter is posted on the OSR web site and we'll soon begin work on the next edition to keep you updated with what's happening on the Hill. Have an issue you'd like to hear more about? Let us know.

As always, we're keeping a close eye on Capitol Hill and how decisions there affect us and our patients. This election year is certain to be an exciting one as the candidates continue to discuss their healthcare plans and the final candidates are chosen.
