Student Demographics Data

AAMC's Medical School Profile System (MSPS) provides student demographics data through its three reports. The following is a brief introduction of these reports.

Basic Science Departmental Data Report

This report system enables you to compare basic science departmental level data on students counts and selected ratios, such as medical students per faculty and graduate students per faculty.

Clinical Science Departmental Data Report

This report system enables you to compare clinical science departmental level data on students counts and selected ratios, such as medical students per faculty and graduate students per faculty.

Medical School Profile Report

This report compares institutional level data on the following dimensions: medical students, graduate students, total students, and underrepresented minorities. Selected ratios are also available such as percent underrepresented minorities and basic science graduate student.
