COSR developed these 2005 guidelines to assist medical school student records officers in developing and implementing medical school policies relating to the maintenance of academic records for currently enrolled students, former students, and graduates.

Student Database Roster (PDF)
Used at AAMC-member medical schools, this list was collected at the June 2004 Joint Admissions/Diversity Affairs/Student Records Professional Development Conference. Please use this list to communicate with each other about various database systems.
