Group on Student Affairs (GSA)

This handbook, first prepared by the Group on Student Affairs (GSA) ad hoc Committee on Medical Licensure (1996-97) and revised by the GSA National Committee on Student Records (in 1998 and 2001), is intended as a resource guide for medical school registrars, as well as a source of general information for every student affairs professional. It is not intended as an AAMC Guideline Document, but, rather, as a handbook for professionals that provides key information and examples of best practices from some schools that can be profitably used by other schools.
