About the Awards

The awards acknowledge the most creative and effective approaches used to promote academic medicine in the United States through alumni, development, public affairs, public relations and marketing programs and products. Awards are bestowed as the Award for Excellence, the GIA's highest honor, or as an Award of Distinction. Award-winning work provides a resource for GIA members.
