Group on Business Affairs (GBA)
The AAMC's Group on Business Affairs (GBA) advances administrative
and fiscal management in academic medical institutions to support
medical education, research, and health care. It also serves to
facilitate direct interaction of the AAMC staff and Councils with
institutional representatives charged with responsibilities in these
areas.
Members of the GBA are the staff of medical schools and academic
health centers with responsibility for institutional and departmental
finance, operations, administration and human resources.
