Council of Deans Fellowship Program
This program was created to develop future leaders in academic medicine. The Fellowship is designed for senior faculty members, including department chairs and assistant and associate deans, who are interested in being considered for deanships in the near future. The most important component of the program is exposure to a dean mentor.
