Chief Medical Officers Forum (CMOF)

The Chief Medical Officers Forum (CMOF) provides information, networking opportunities and professional development resources for CMOs and other physicians who lead clinical programs in AAMC member organizations. Participants have titles such as CMO, Vice Dean for Clinical Affairs, Vice President for Medical Affairs, medical director or Chief of Staff (especially in Veterans Affairs organizations).

The CMOF maintains a monitored and restricted e-mail distribution list that allows discussion with peers and provides periodic updates on key clinical issues. It hosts sessions at the AAMC Annual Meeting and it presents an annual free-standing professional development program for members or sponsored guests.
