Post-Award Administration

Congratulations on receiving funding through the AAMC-CDC Cooperative Agreement. The following pages provide administrative information for Principal Investigators and for their institutions' Grants and Contracts Offices, including forms, report templates, and reporting schedules. The Program and Grants Administration Staffs at AAMC are also available to respond to your questions and concerns.

The Program Staff are responsible for facilitating communications between the Principal Investigators and CDC scientists, for processing requests to revise project activities and budgets, and for following project progress.

The Grants Administration Staff are responsible for the financial management of the AAMC-CDC Cooperative Agreement, including review of quarterly invoices, fiscal year-end and closeout financial reports and budget modification requests, and ensuring that grantees are in compliance with Federal laws and regulations.
