Hotel - St. Louis, Mo. The AAMC is now accepting applications for the
GBA New Managers' Training Program (NMTP). The NMTP is aimed at providing new
managers (on the job less than three years) with insights into key issues and
concepts related to being an effective manager. The program includes sessions
on the fundamental principles and skills in ethics, finance, human resources,
research administration, clinical administration, data presentation, and how to
thrive as a business manager. This is the tenth NMTP program sponsored by
the GBA. It is one of the highest, if not the highest rated program sponsored
by the Group. This web site includes links to the program agenda, meeting facts
and registration and hotel information. Please review this information and share
it with appropriate department administrators. We look forward to seeing
