Beyond Compromise: Negotiation Workshop
This negotiation-skills session will be a hands-on workshop
on how to negotiate effectively with those in your organization
as well as those outside. The workshop is based on Bargaining
for Advantage, the best-selling book written by Wharton Business
School professor Dr. Richard Shell.
Participants will learn a framework that evolved out of 25 years
of negotiation research, teaching, and on-the-ground experience.
It is a practical approach to information and skills-based bargaining
that is both easy to understand and easy to apply. The workshop
will include interactive cases and an opportunity to apply negotiation
tools to participants' own cases.
