"Challenges in Expanding Clinical Education"
In the context of medical school expansion and the policy
environment influencing expansion, a panel of medical school and
teaching hospital leaders will discuss how they are addressing their
institutions' challenges in expanding clinical education, e.g. -Financing
the expansion - sources of support -Obtaining initial accreditation
or approval of expansion -Arranging for appropriate clinical experiences
through existing and new affiliations -Deciding which residency
programs to add or expand.
