Recruiting for Tomorrow: Case Studies in Search Practices Through
the use of interactive theatre performed by the University of Michigan
CRLT players.
Participants will have an opportunity to observe a search committee
interact and explore how a range of factors, including bias, impact
on institutional goals. Sketches draw the audience into the scene
with a mix of comedy and drama, and are designed to portray the
complexities and challenges of everyday situations in higher education.
