WIM/GFA/SELAM/COD - Who's on Your Personal Leadership Board?

As leaders move through various stages from emerging to senior leadership positions, a wide set of skills are needed. When do you decide that you need to move beyond the informal networks (family members, peep groups, colleagues) to formal professional guidance and support (mentor, coach, attorney, political strategists, financial advisor)? Personal support is just as important as professional support. "Board members" will provide advice and insights on how they assess an individual to support and offer guidance on choosing appropriate individuals to be on your personal board.
