Do I meet the application system requirements?
Applicants must meet the following system requirements to use the
application: Access to a computer with an Internet connection 28.8 bps or faster, 16 MB of
RAM (or the requirements of Netscape or Microsoft for the browser
you use). Applicants must have a valid e-mail address.

Am I using the correct browser version?
- For PC users, the application requires one of the following
browser versions:
- Netscape 7
- Internet Explorer 6.0
- Internet Explorer 5.5
- For Mac users, this application requires:
- Netscape 4.77
- Internet Explorer 5.1.7
- Internet Explorer 5.2
- Applicants can obtain the latest version of Netscape Navigator at
www.netscape.com or Internet
Explorer at www.microsoft.com.
Enabling JavaScript and "Cookies"

What is JavaScript and how do I enable it?
JavaScript is a scripting language that
can be used for things such as rollover buttons, rotating banners, pop-up
windows, etc. Certain application functions will not work properly
unless JavaScript is enabled in your browser.
To make certain that JavaScript is enabled in your browser,
Internet Explorer users should:
- Select the Tools option on your IE toolbar
- Choose "Internet Options" from the drop down menu
- Click on the "Security" tab
- Click on the "Custom Level..." button
- In Security Settings window, scroll down to "Scripting of
Java Applets"
- Click on the "Enable" radio button
Netscape users should:
- Select the Edit option on your Netscape toolbar
- Choose "Preferences" from the drop down menu
- In the Preferences window's left-side menu, click on "Advanced"
- Click on the boxes to the left of "Enable Java," "Enable
JavaScript" and "Enable JavaScript for Mail and News"
- What are cookies and how do I enable them?
A cookie is a small amount of information that a Web site copies
to your hard disk. A cookie can help a Web site identify you the next
time you visit.
To make certain that cookies are enabled by your browser,

- Select the Tools option on your IE toolbar
- Choose "Internet Options" from the drop down menu
- Click on the "Security" tab
- Click on the "Custom Level..." button
- In Security Settings window, scroll down to "Cookies"
- Click on the "Enable" radio buttons for both "Allow
cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session
cookies (not stored)
Netscape users should:
- Select the Edit option on your Netscape toolbar
- Choose "Preferences" from the drop down menu
- In the Preferences window's left-side menu, click on "Advanced"
- Click on the radio button for "Accept all cookies"
