The AAMC Organizational Characteristics
Database provides information on a number of salient dimensions about
the organizational characteristics of medical schools and their affiliated
teaching hospitals. The OCD contains a total of 131 records, one record
for each LCME-accredited school of medicine, with more than 25 data fields.
The Organizational Characteristics Database now includes all available data for
the six most recently accredited medical schools:
- Florida International University College of Medicine
- San Juan Bautista School of Medicine
- Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Paul L. Foster School of Medicine
- The Commonwealth Medical College
- University of Central Florida College of Medicine
- Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine
As more data become available, their records will be revised.
