Recruitment Services/Mailing Labels

For institutions that are interested in recruiting faculty, consultants, or advisors, the Faculty Roster offers recruitment services that include mailing labels for faculty with specified characteristics (such as department or specialty). Institutions that would like to announce the availability of awards, scholarships, grants, fellowships, and similar noncommercial development opportunities may request mailing labels for department chairs or specific subsets of faculty. Medical School Faculty Online Directory

The Medical School Faculty Online Directory provides users with contact information for active faculty from all allopathic medical schools in the United States. Administrative appointments (such as deanships and chairs) are not shown. For information about deans, contact Denise Blanchard, dblanchard@aamc.org. For information about chairs, contact Hershel Alexander, halexander@aamc.org.

Faculty Roster Representative Directory

The dean at each medical school appoints a Faculty Roster representative to maintain the institution's Faculty Roster information. Some medical schools have alternate Faculty Roster representatives as well. The Faculty Roster Representative Directory permits searches by the names, states, or institutions of representatives.
