FY 2009 Medicare Inpatient PPS
On April 30, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
publised in the Federal Register [73 Fed. Reg. 23528] the
fiscal year (FY) 2009 Medicare inpatient prospective payment system
(IPPS) proposed
rule. Comments on the proposed rule are due June 13, 2008. The
final rule will be implemented October 1, 2008. More>>
The AAMC will be submitting a comment letter on the inpatient PPS
proposed rule.
