NIH LRP Applications Due Feb. 28
February 22, 2002 - Applications for the National
Institutes of Health's Extramural
Loan Repayment Program for Clinical Researchers (LRP-CR)
and for Pediatric Researchers (PR-LRP) must be received electronically
by Feb. 28. Both the LRP-CR and the PR-LRP provide for the
repayment of the educational loan debt of qualified health
professionals who agree to conduct clinical or pediatric research.
These programs will repay up to $35,000 of the principal and
interest of the educational loans of extramural grantees or
awardees for each year of obligated service.
