Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine: Check Your Skin
Medical students teaching the public in the greater Richmond area how to reduce their risk of melanoma and how to perform a personal skin examination (new project grant).

New York University School of Medicine: NYU Free Clinic
A free clinic offering physical exams, medical screening, medications, vaccinations and tuberculosis testing, health education, and referral services for uninsured and marginalized communities (new project grant)

SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences: Women's Health Education Forum and Health Fair
A women's health education forum and health demonstration fair designed to help Asian refugees and immigrants in the Buffalo, New York area learn how to access the health care delivery system (non-continuous grant).

University of Nevada School of Medicine: Student Outreach Clinic
The Student Outreach Clinic provides a structured learning environment for medical students as they provide basic health services and education for the medically underserved in the Reno area (supplemental grant).

East Carolina University School of Medicine: Reach Out and Read Project
Reach Out and Read uses pediatric health supervision and the patient-provider relationship to support the development of literacy skills in young children (supplemental grant).

University of Nebraska Medical Center: The SHARING Clinic
A student run clinic for both the testing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS in the community of South Omaha, which is comprised largely of Central and South American immigrants, many of whom are uninsured or medically underserved (supplemental grant).
